Cheshire West and Chester Council aim to provide high quality services to the public in a joined-up and efficient manner with other public bodies and service providers. The council aims to deliver services and information in an accessible way, enhancing the customer experience, whether that is to the home, at local service centres, over the phone or via the website
The council are to work more locally with communities and partners through five Area Partnership Boards, local area forums, parish/town councils and community groups delivering a common agenda and common outcomes and to
develop a robust approach to value for money with the aim of providing services which are of good quality and low cost and with one of the lowest Council Tax bills of all unitary councils across England.

The council is helping in a scheme called “making it local” where local shops and amenities are encouraged and aided to help the community grow fairly and consistently.
