The perfect setting
North Wales’ striking and all-encompassing scenery makes for an attractive campground indeed. It’s gorgeous grassy fields, rolling green hills, idyllic shoreline and contiguous fresh air makes for the perfect environment for an outdoor music event. For this reason people venture from all over the UK to attend our home-grown events. One of the champions of the North Wales festival scene has emerged, with Glass Butter Beach hailed to be the premiere music event of the summer.
Great music, but so much more too
With the impressive headline trifecta of Wolf Alice, Kodaline and Katy B crowning what is to be a killer weekend of not only music, but wakeboarding, surfing, skateboarding, slacklining, blobbing, arts & crafts, stand up paddle boarding, campfires, ocean swimming, I could go on, and on and on.
The surfing aspect is another great appeal, “But I don’t know how to surf!”, you might say despairingly, well don’t fret! Surfing lessons for beginners will be available for those longing for a leg up on a life of surfing.
It’s basically all of the best bits of summer nicely packaged, and unleashed for one weekend of awesomeness.
The festival boasts 5 stages of musical variety so you’ll be able to find your jam in this Oceanside wonderland. From acoustic folk, to psychedelic rock to mainstream dance to hard drum-and-bass there really is loads to get stuck into.
The appeal of this festival is in the name really – it’s on the beach. That’s right! The festival site has its very own beach which leads into the azure waters of Cardigan Bay. A beach lover’s paradise, there will be loads going down on the sands, including the ‘Rocky Point Stage’, and Tiki bar for those wanting to dance barefoot in the sand this is clearly the place for you. Expect loads of acoustic jamming around the campfire dawn, all day and dusk as this Is set to be the free-seaside paradise you’ve always dreamed of.
This unmissable event is taking place from the 19th to the 21st of August which isn’t long! Scribble it into your calendars and get booking now. When you look back in the cold winter months, memories of Glass Butter Beach will keep you warm until next year’s beach bonanza.
