80’s Synth legends The Human League of ‘Don’t You Want Me Baby?’ fame, are heading the Llandudno. Smashing the top of the charts with their New Wave hits, Love Action, Open your Heart and of course the famous ‘Don’t You Want Me’. Human League have brought out nine studio albums, 30 singles and several compilation albums. Five of these albums have found their way into the UK Top 10, selling over 20 million records.

And now the seaside resort of Llandudno is lucky enough to be receiving this awesome compilation of musicians as they deliver some of the best electronic synth music ever produced, which without a doubt the musical landscape wouldn’t be the same.

The show is taking place on 23rd of November, kicking off at 7.00pm. The mega hit ‘Don’t you want me Baby’ rentered the Top 20 Singles Chart after fans of Aberdeen FC adopted the chant for their midfielder, chanting ‘Peter Pawlett Baby’.

Fans of this iconic band should get in fast as tickets are expected to sell out soon.

Llandudno is ever becoming a site that some truly prestigious musicians are paying a visit to, in recent memory, the likes of Blur, Frank Turner, Happy Mondays, and The Specials have all had dates here, which surely represents talk of this awesome venue.  Maybe it’s the fresh ocean air which blows in from the seafront, maybe it’s the beautiful victorian llandudno hotels which align the prominade maybe it’s the brilliant crowds which are drawn in from the lovely folk of the Welsh Public, maybe it’s the seagulls, but for whatever reason Venue Cymru is really getting some incredible acts.

The Human League’s live shows have been called ‘In a League of their own’ –MEN, ‘Impossibly and wonderfully timeless’, ‘A gleaming New Dawn’, with their newest material being hailed as sublime, as well as their classic material.

Don’t miss out on these 80’s legends performing before your eyes.
